CD-ROM of TISVHC Proceedings Now Available!

 The CD-ROM containing the Proceedings of our Third International Symposium on Veterinary Hospice Care, held July 20-22, 2012, at UC Davis, has now been issued. 

We are also pleased to announce that CD-ROMs containing the Proceedings of our First (FISVHC) and Second (SISVHC) International Symposia on Veterinary Hospice Care, held March 28-30, 2008 and September 5-7, 2009, respectively, at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, are still available.
 
Each CD-ROM is available for a $35 donation if mailed to any

U.S. destination and for a $50 donation if mailed to a foreign address.

To order your CD-ROMs,  please send a check for the appropriate amount—in U.S. dollars or an international money order—made payable to The NHFP—to the address below. On your check, please specify TISVHC, SISVHC or FISVHC and how many you would like of each.

Expected delivery will be from 2 to 3 weeks for domestic mail and 4 to 5 weeks for international mail. Please note that your $35 or $50 donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law. Upon request, a receipt for tax-reporting purposes will be sent to you along with your CD-ROM. Please note also that this CD-ROM only contains data and must be read on a laptop or desktop computer; it cannot be inserted into a DVD or CD player. In order to read the CD-ROM, please ensure that you have Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer.
